That looks good, it makes me want to do it. But that would contradict the main reason why I didn't get a 350z. lol

I have been debating on removing my rear seats because I still tend to use them every now and then, maybe like once or twice every two months or so but less often lately. I wanted to know if anyone else had this issue or could help me in making my decision. I'm sorry if this isn't the area I should post this, but I didn't know where else to post it, so sorry in advance for that.

I don't know what to tell you, you either do it, or you don't.

The only reason to delete the back seats are for weight reduction.

If you are looking for space, the rear seats do fold down.

What mods do you have on your Eclipse all ready?

And welcome to Club4G.org!!

I currently only have the modifications for the audio, I only bought the car a month or so ago. I'm hoping to find a better paying job or one with more hours to help in buying parts. I have 2 12s in the trunk with 2800 watts, I have new pyle tweeters with 300 in the dash and in each door, I still need to replace the speakers in the back seats though. I wanted to do this to improve trunk room. I'm going for function and form. I'm hoping to lower it, new wheels, a cold air intake, new exhaust, harnesses, quick release hub, and a few other odds and ends here and there.

Sounds great Will. We do have the use of the Eclipse Factory Service Manual, that will help when it comes time to removing interior panels, speakers, stereo, wiring, and such. The only thing I will stress is disconnecting the battery before messing with any electronics!! The car's electrical system can be very fussy. There are several on-board computers, and when you mess with them they will mess with you. You will see Warnings in the manual about the SRS, Safety Restraint Systems, there are components, wiring harness, and connector, especially under the dash and seats.

Here is a link to the manual, if you need help finding anything, just hit me up and I'll point you in the right direction/s.

There is also the option of a 4 point roll bar. It includes the Harness bar in the main hoop. $475 shipped in US.

I didn't get the manual, I bought it used so I just went to the scrap yard to the only 4g they had there and ripped through it to find the fire wall and amp, and how it was all wired. they said they were going to cube it anyways. I just went home and got all the equipment i needed and i just hard wired everything into the amp. I mounted it where the factory one was. it took a while but I think it was worth it. Thanks for the link though

I'm sure the service manual you are talking about fits in your glove box, LOL!!

This is the Eclipse Factory Service Manual. If it was in paper form it would take up your whole back seating area, as well as the whole trunk... This covers everything including engine & transmission rebuilds, trouble shooting codes, brakes, AC, wiring diagrams, you name it, it's in this Service Manual, it only has 72 books, but you can repair anything with this manual. Believe me, you will use this manual sooner or later!!
