Thanks, I have thought about just bending the pipe to the factory exhaust but wanted to see how someone else did it and if it would be too much pipe doing it that way, I only have a gs so its not a power gain for me. Il have to fill in factory exhaust hole and cut the center, was also concerned with how it fits with the spare tire location being as low as it is. Thanks again though just curious how all looks

Here is a photo of the center exhaust. I know it's not the best photo but it's hard to get a good shot with how low the rear bumper sits. If you go look at the photos on this build thread you'll see a shot of my rear bumper with some piping next to it. Basically all I did was replace the spot where my muffler use to be and made a switch back pipe leading the the center. I couldn't find a better setup without restricting airflow. Remember the more bends and turns the more restricted airflow gets. If you have any further questions please ask away. I can try I get you better shots latter in the week. It's really story here in Florida right now.

Thanks and that was kind of the way I was going to go with it instead of cutting the exhaust
and all that just mount to whats already there, and i hadnt even thought of flex pipe to the tips I had read reviews of peoples pipe busting and what not for flex pipe but I may just go that route flex pipe from factory outlet straight to a Y for 4 tips center. My main concern was it being too long of exhaust route for a extra 2' on the already boggish 4cyl lol could you tell any difference other than sound

No need for any apologies. The front bumper is made by VIS racing. The rear was made by a company which to my belief does not produce them anymore. Their name is JT Auto style. I have been looking at 4G body kits sense around 2008 and I have never seen anyone with the rear bumper I have. The front bumper comes in close to oem shape with little mods needed to fit properly, as for the fog light ports I was able to squeeze mine in and used a product called FiberTec to secure them in. You might have to slightly trim or file a little bit of the fog light housing plastic to get a solid fit. Please feel free to shoot me any further questions you have.

Heres a link to the front bumper kit at ACI. Talk to Jason, real nice guy and tell him your from club4g, you might get a members discount

Hey Tristen, in regards to your RRE install, do you know about the method of removing the rear manifold via the section where the exhaust meets the collector?

I haven't installed them yet so I cant be to informative on specifics, but here is a video of a guy installing obx headers on his GT. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0MAVITQOY8w He says some tips for getting the rear manifold out. What I have read is a lot of guys just cut the read manifold out to make it easier although there is no going back after doing so. I plan to cut mine out just to make it easy and sense I live in Florida I don't have to worry about smog tests or any of that shit. Keep me informed if on how you proceed.

I've actually already proceeded over the weekend and have my manifolds out without cutting or dropping the axel. I was asking because I wanted to make it easier on you, since I know you were wanting to install yours soon.

Just disconnect the small frame brace below the exhaust, disconnect your exhaust from the collector, take out the collector, take out the exhaust (or at least move it out of the way if you can) and take off the heat shield above the exhaust. It creates a little opening that the manifold fits through ez pz. I hope that makes sense haha. The hardest challenge for me was getting my 1st O2 sensor off, since the threads ended up welding themselves to the manifold.

These arent great pictures but this is essentially what the opening is like.

Its a real struggling getting off all those bolts with the axel still on, especially with how tight they were torqued and how rusted they were. But I managed to do it with enough persistence and PB blaster, and I'm sure you're much more mechanically inclined than I am so I have no doubt you'll get it easy. Taking it out this way was 100x easier than the 2 alternative options, albeit a bit time consuming.

EDIT: I screen capped this for you. This is what to remove, hopefully this helps? You have to remove the collector anyways, so its not much extra work. I managed to remove my collector without disconnecting 11 from 7. It was a bitch to get out, and I'm wondering how I'll get it back in, but I did it anyways because those flange bolts would NOT move.

A little update for my fellow 4G members. knocked out doing my RRE header install. The ceramic coated headers are just to die for. I also installed ES motor mounts and wow what a differnece this made in combo with the ingalls torque dampner and dear god is the shifting incredible! So so smooth and firm. I can say just the motor mounts and torque dampner alone makes it feel like a whole new car. Next week I should start welinding up my 3in exhaust.

Diego to answer your question I used a product called FiberTec, its like a epoxy with fiberglass strands to reenforce the bond, it acts as a really good filler for body work. And Freddy, I bought the RRE headers directly off of RRE's website. I bought them about 9 months ago and was told I bought the last GT set but who know how much of a sales ploy that is. But RRE products are TOP quality!

Took the aluminum shaft from the ripp SC off and turned it in the lathe to pollish it. Also took aprt the V3 vortech to inspect and clean. Everything looks good to go!

Heres the final product. I decided to hand paint the ralliart slashes on the blower to add a Mitsu touch. Here is also a sneek peek at next weekends project. Going to run 3in OD (.100 thick mild steel) no resonator, catless with a flowmaster Outlaw shorty and a Greddy RS muffler. Both mufflers are strait through free flowing mufflers. I will definatly fallow up my previouse youtube videos with the after exhaust install. I will video tape free rev, drive by, fly by and a bridge test

Alrighty guys best of luck with your mods and happy weekend!

Made some passes tonight at the track. Ill admit it, my times are not the best but I dont think they are terrible for it being my first time on a official track. After all was said and done, I was heading home and a Hyundia Tiberon GT wanted to race from a 20 roll. I gave it the 3 toots and it was over instantly. I was rolling the 20mph in first gear nearing 3400RPMs so I had nice quick acceleration. The next roll was from a 45 and once again it was over in a flash. I was in 3rd when I gave it the 3 beeps, down shifted to 2nd and wham!!! By the time I shifted to 4th the headlights were way in the rear view mirior. Moral of tonight was that I completely understand our cars are GOOD but will never suprise the audiance at the track. But mess with us on a roll and we are pretty much even with the rest of everyone else in the modded world of daily drivers. Our genertion of cars are VERY under-rated.

Here's a project I'm working on. I really need more gauges to monitor what's happening under the hood. I already have 3 gauges on my A pillar and need about 2 more so I decided to make something similar to the ralliart style cluster. Lost the clock but still retaining my airbag light and passenger check light. This is in the rough and still being fiberglass but I'm excited to see the outcome
