08 Sunset Pearl
After parts came in and after a little work.

Working on the lower end now. Eibach Pro Kit, Drilled and slotted rotors all around, Underdrive pulley from RRE, new rims and tires, Stage 3 Clutch Masters clutch, and some external paint work(still pending.)

Forgot to mention that I'm going to be doing the timing belt and water pump while I'm into the front of the engine. I will be putting an order in for the headers here soon. They will be going in along with the nitrous kit next. Still waiting for a good deal on a nx express or zex kit. The transmission, clutch and 3/4 of the suspension are completely done now. I'm leaving the RF strut off while I do the front engine work. As soon as I get the eclipse together, the Jeep goes under the knife.

Had to replace the input shaft seal and clean up the inside and outside of the tranny. Going to power wash the engine bay and fender wells before it's all said and done.

She's going down on the ground today. I just have to bleed the brakes, install the UD pulley, reinstall CAI, battery, bumper and splash guards. I'm going to have to put off the timing belt/water pump for another week.

Ok, so here we go again. The Stage 3 clutchmasters clutch that I put in threw a spring and needs to be replaced(warrantied hopefully.) The new water pump I put in had a bent shaft and the pulley wobbled after installation. Made quite an annoying noise.

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() While I've got it out I'm having the head and intake port and polished. I'm going to change the starter out while I'm in there, don't feel like doing this again for a while. Might put in an order for the headers while I'm at it.
