Just purchased vortex generators today. And before anyone goes flaming my choice to buy vortex generators I love how they look on the Evo

Vortex Generators - Amazon.com: Vortekz Universal Vortex Generators Primer 10 Pieces: Everything Else

A small step in a big project, but I figured I would nickel and dime the cheaper things until I get my reenlistment bonus this spring, and then it's on!

IMHO that's two steps in the wrong direction. Some people make the vortex generators look good, but most the time it looks kinda rice. And the hood pins aren't really necessary for you are they?

To be honest neither of the mods are truly necessary, but I think they will be a fun visual add on. We shall see...

i have the generators also, they've been on for 6-8 months and have faded... i didn't paint mine because they are black plastic and it went with my scheme... i like the extra little visual effect that it gives my car, but i will be buying another set and painting them

moral of the story, if you get them, it would be a good idea to paint them

3rd stage: Lights! Black head, tail, and fog lights.

Still on the fence: Front splitter - just don't know if it would be worth it on an XGT bumper, Rspec fenders - they look awesome, but are they worth the money?

New to modding, but very excited!

But you still might need to flip your wheels around. It's pointing backwards. The tires are if you are not getting what I'm saying.

After many failed attempts at various things I have learned that educating yourself via youtube before doing something that you don't do very often can be very helpful
