I do have stock rims...2 types for cobra satin or chrome and now I have chrome.

Oooooh if I were to paint them. I get it. That was my original game plan-- I was going to buy another set of the stockies to paint and keep the others just to have incase I traded in later down the road or sold my car. Then I I help from an awesome member on this forum and found the Drifz Venom which were very similar to what I originally wanted and grabbed them-- I got an awesome deal! Thanks for the feedback though!!

Im hoping to do a 2" drop, and purchase some tinted out tail/headlights... and then I should be done for another year till I trade it in for a '09 GT... yuppers-- thats my plan!

2" drop will look perfect with those rims. actually made my stock ones look better. wheel gap is a bitch.

Only in gunmetal with a chrome lip-- I think I made the right choice with the ones I have now! I get nothing but compliments from random people around town

I wanted the 18s as well... just didnt have the financials cause of stupid ass tickets/warrant and court fees... the state of new jersey is a bitch

I stuck with the 17's so I could keep my tires and didnt have to pay for new ones just yet

love the rims on the car. don't take any crap for anyone complaining about them being 17''. i'm rolling 17's on my ralliart eclipse you saw and i don't care to go bigger unless a sponsor gives me some forged larger wheels. i'd rather save the weight and have a nice 3 piece compared to a huge 20+ lb 18-20 inch wheel. although i am sadly getting rid of my racing harts for some work vs-ss' in a week if anyone wants to buy them off me haha. keep up the good work

once you lower it you won't even notice the difference

Stock rims blow... my stock ones got about 100miles on them before I tossed them in the attic. The car looks good skit... don't listen to the haters. There just trying to start a new fad.... its called "Reverse JDM Collecting". LOL (And no... i meant to say JDM... it was funnier that way)
