Nice ride man, definitely off to a good start with the car and your bucket list for it!
Look forward to seeing more pics of your car. Never seen that color let alone on a eclipse.
Nice to see another Canadian get the modding itch too. If you're looking for Haeders, call roadrace engineering right away. They might still have a few sets left but they won't last long! Mine are in the mail as we speak

that color is so rare you really dont need to do much. it already looks like you dished out money for a custom paint. id just drop it a bit and get some nice wheels. white or chrome wheels look amazing on this color.

more pictures up not much sun but its what im working with lol. i went to price out some rims and tires for the car. 255/35/18 pilot super sports on either 18x8.5 fast kansei rims or 18x9.0 fast nemesis rims. they're both a darker rim so since im already the black/green tone i guess thats what ill stick with. ill just have to find the paint somewhere and start paint matching things instead of that bright lime green.
let me know what you guys think of the rims they were priced out at $2200 plus taxes with install and also with a year financing

kansei

Me and Chu was talking about this color a few weeks ago, like he said it is very rare. I say drop and some wheels should sum it up for the outside. Not too sure how CF would look on it. Keep us updated

heres a question then i know a couple people have done 255/35 on the stock 18x8 rimms its it possible to be done and not have the sidewalls blow out? this car is a DD so its driven quite a bit. if i can use 18x8's than i can get a lighter and cheaper rim probably also a better brand.

http://www.enkei.com/pf01.shtml

enkei rims with 18x9 if not with pilot super sports 255/35/18 will be 2350 and taxes plus shipping from tirerack

new pictures are up outlaw intake spacers are in !!! what does everyone think about getting the intake manifold and valve covers jet hot coated? aswell as doing the spacers. it should help keep under hood temps down but will it be a problem containing that much heat to the engine?

You should speak to SpyderGT and fabguy, they are both GTA'ers and have modded their cars like crazy, fabguy races his - me I am only into the look as I won't dare do anything to void the warranty or insurance (work for the Insurance company I am covered with).

good luck and can't wait to meet up with everyone soon

Can is coming along nicely man. Too bad hahano isn't in the scene anymore, he was out in Woodstock which is a bit closer to you I think. Whenever you're heading into Toronto let me know, a photo shoot needs to happen. Still need to get one with fabguy and kat.

toronto and woodstock are both relatively close depending how far into toronto you are it shouldnt take me long. ive been down to kool hauss and guvernment on queens quay a few times. well the car is not ripped apart intake manifold is off. throttle body is ready to be shipped to a potential buyer and the other to pro flow. the intake manifolds and valve covers im just waiting on a quote from jet hot and they'll probably be sent out aswell as my headers when i get them. try and keep intake temps and underhood temps WAYYYYY down hahaha

new pics are up intake is painted and outlaw intake spacer is on. the intake is also painted 2 coats vht flameproof primer 2 coats black vht flameproof and 2 coats clear vht flameproof. baked in the oven 30 minutes at a time and 30 minutes in between each at 250 350 and 450 farenheit. watch out for smoke if your going to try this lmfao. have lots of ventilation if you do this indoors. let it dry and bolt it back up ! my intake was cold enough after a 30 minute drive that i could hold my hand on it without any discomfort. id like to get an IR gauge to see what its actually at. because my intake temps while driving were as low as 39 farenheit !!!!! WITH PROOF

Nice ride! I personally feel that black IS a nice compliment to the car. But me, I like alot of contrast. I do think that if you do just keep it simple and drop it with some chrome rims, that it will really change the whole appearance of the car for the better.

Thanks everyone for the comments i priced out a set of enkei fujin's (http://www.enkei.com/fujin.html) with 245/40/18's nankang ns-2 which ive never heard of before?? can anyone chime in on those tires? i was quoted at 1980. 600 down and 1380 over 6 months which is 230 a month and definitely a price range i can afford.

Bump got some hids in the car and ordered my headers aswell as got them ceramic coated. just waiting to order the wideband front sway bar and the gauge pillar. then theinstall for the rear motor mount, front sway bar, wideband, headers, front control arm bushings, o2 extensions, a laser allignment and a new bung put in for the wideband all for $1000. that should all be done and said by the end of july.

well a bit farther behind than expected still havent received my headers =/ theyve taken quite a while longer to get ceramic coated than expected. the centric ceramic pads are on the way. as well as the gauge pillar. im thinking about getting the single gauge pillar for above the steering wheel. and the redline tuning hood struts. then onto starting to make it look good carbon fiber engine covers and a bit of paint. custom dual 10' subwoofer enclosure. anyone else have any suggestions?

well the ceramic pads are in. the gauge pillar is here. i just payed for a megan racing axle back from one of the members. and ive heard back about my headers man did detective ever do a good job on these so after headers and the exhaust are on then bolt ons will be finished aswell as the tune. and its time to start ripping into the engine for some porting work. id also like to get the paint finished in the engine to make it look a bit better

Some recent work being done on the car to finally match the 75mm throttle body and make the engine bay a bit nicer to look at.

Valve covers

Upper and lower intake

Intake V2 75mm Flange.

2.75" vs 3.5" intake tubing

Fuel injectors

the 75mm intake isn't quite finished yet. So for now it's using a 3" custom inlet pipe. until the intake manifold goes in. Then it's up to 3.5" inlet piping and 75mm throttle body and manifold.
