What do I have the only 4g in Md?

I would like to take a count of 4g members living in Md. So we can schedule local events and provide a support network for each other. If one already exists please let me know.

Sounds good. As of right now, nothing is planned for winter (for obvious reasons), but 2008 is right around the corner. We list every small and major event from local shows/meets up to NOPI, HIN, OC, FMF, etc...

The last MAJOR Mitsubishi meet we had is where we got everyone together for this photo:

Other meets were at parks.. we usually had cookouts, etc. Either way, if you plan on putting something together, I would suggest organizing it on that board since its LOCAL and would include more members, which also includes the 4G'ers from this board who already post there. (Well.. all except for one does actually who lives in the Mid Atlantic.)

When are the meets usually? Are they always in the same location or does it change?

I just dont want to go to a meet and have people "start" with me, for obvious reasons, do you think Id have a problem with that, honestly?

Last year.. the majority were in MD with 1 in VA. However, they're open to be where ever. I personally think the closer to Baltimore, MD.. the better since thats pretty much the central point for the entire region.

No one would have any issue with you. We only have issues with those who say they will attend and never do, or those who are supposed to bring the condiments to a Cookout Meet and forget.

. I'm sure everyone is over it, we really could careless.

Ill bring condiments when the time comes, if its in MD then I cant being anything cold since Ill be driving a little ways-- Im sure itll be warm by the time I get there

I like to use that new invention called a cooler and ice to keep things cold.

....Just joking, like there is a lot of room in these cars to haul junk. To get a reasonable turnout we will need to wait until spring, early summer I imagine.

As far as meets go, I would never be scared to go to one because of something that happened online. Everyone and their mom is all tough shit online acting all e-thug and what-not, but when it comes to real life, most people are chill and probably wont start shit, and that being said, you'll probably get the chance to start off on the right foot with them.

Just go, be yourself, introduce yourself as kind of a newb to the whole car thing, and in my experience people are usually more then welcome to embrace you as such.

Everything is MUCH less hostile in person.

Mits4g-- lmfao about the coo coo clock! And as far as the cooler goes, I dont think it would fit in my car. I could try though, I never thought of that! haha, Im looking forward to the first meet I attend, I think itll be nice to get together with people who share the same interests

If you can figure out how to do the nasty in it, i'm sure then you can figure out how to get a cooler in it. lol.....Strap it to the roof that way you can show people you dont need an SUV to transport stuff.

Yeah.. if people don't like your ride they just wont vote for you or they'll just go stand and gawk at someone elses. I mean you can never be sure nobody will but generally car people love cars enough not to screw with other peoples cars.

Also it's kind of forbidden to touch other peoples cars without asking. Even if it's just a finger, it's kind of like an unwritten rule or something.
