Help Registering On Mitsubishi's Website

So for a few weeks now I've been trying to register my car on mitsubishi's website to be sure I get notices, an all that stuff. However it keeps giving me the fallowing error message "There was an error processing your information. Please ensure that all required fields are filled out in their entirety:
Server Error: VIN Validation is currently down, please come back to register in a little bit."

I've tried it on both google chrome an internet explore an get same results .
Cannot be down this long.. Any one else have this issue ? If so any idea how to get it to work?

Thanks.

I had the same problem since I got my car and I called them and the rep asked me of I had entered my vin number in all caps and I hadn't. Well as soon as I put it in all caps it worked. So give that a try and let me know if that works.

I agree cause I just thought their system was messed up. It took a call to Mitsubishi and talking to someone in the customer service department to figure out what was going on. Seems like if they put "VIN is case sensitive" on that page it would help a lot of people.
