This is for anyone else who wants to get a house down in Tampa... The house I found is for 8 people.. There are 3 bedrooms plus the couch pullout so it would be great for a few couples to have their own rooms. The driveway looks big so we have enough room for everyone. Also it isnt too far maybe just a block or 2 away from the other house. The total is 990 plus 150 cleaning and 12%tax.. 160 a person I think.. check my math. If you are interested let me know asap so we can book this place

it had 5 private rooms, you can move the little beds where ever you wanted for the people not bringing plus ones or the people who don't care about privacy. the house your getting now only has 3 rooms. so how does that solve the problem?

We rented this one because he threw in the jet skis for free...... im doing too much for this meet already or i would have. The houses were intended to accommodate the club not just a person or two. For you guys to not go with the house that holds more people and has more private roomsill and is right next door to the other house, which you claim to be your main concern, on a bias of where the beds are is a little bit ridiculous IMO. Again its just my opinion but I think its a valid one.

ok i have nothing to say but this. all you people who are bickering over the house remember one thing. i spent the time and got the house together, came up with the idea and everything. i have already set the payment up for the other house for these reasons

----- please note that i know all the details here people----

the houses on the inside are identical. 5 rooms 14 beds

look at the god damn pics people they have small twins to sleep on and shit

1. same exact size but 400 cheaper ( only because i negotiated the price and conditions) i work in sales!!!!
2. this whole idea was about saving money not accomidating individuals but the group I.E. super cheap
3 best deal for the group ( not the individual)
4 still holds 17 people ( at least 2 to 4 in each room)
5 it will be easier to accomodate IraqVet ( which i plan on doing )

both houses have twins and pullouts and stuff. i called and spoke to both owners and got a complete layout.

i have noticed all the flaming and bullshit going around the forum and this needs to be squashed right now

its final set in stone. you and McClipse were late as hell on the house anyway. i gave away someone's spot to you ( Kazf +1) so if anything you almost didnt even make and would have nothing to complain about. PLEASE do not let this thread turn into something like whats going around here. please we are a comunity here. screw the damn haters and shit its all ganna work out in the end if we work together.

--yea sounds kinda faggy but its true.

Well Korinda, let us know what your going to do, we got 8 more people in here that need a house that wont fit in yours. so if you want to keep the house your in that's fine, we just need to know so we can start a 3rd house for the rest of the people.

TheFootOfGod Luxury, Speed, and Style Name: Jesse Bridges Join Date: Feb 2011 Location: st. louis mo, USA Vehicle: 2008 eclipse gt-se Posts: 1,139 Rep Power: 3	ok i have nothing to say but this. all you people who are bickering over the house remember one thing. i spent the time and got the house together, came up with the idea and everything. i have already set the payment up for the other house for these reasons ----- please note that i know all the details here people---- the houses on the inside are identical. 5 rooms 14 beds *look at the god damn pics people they have small twins to sleep on and shit* 1. same exact size but 400 cheaper ( only because i negotiated the price and conditions) i work in sales!!!! 2. this whole idea was about saving money not accomidating individuals but the group I.E. super cheap 3 best deal for the group ( not the individual) 4 still holds 17 people ( at least 2 to 4 in each room) 5 it will be easier to accomodate IraqVet ( which i plan on doing ) both houses have twins and pullouts and stuff. i called and spoke to both owners and got a complete layout. i have noticed all the flaming and bullshit going around the forum and this needs to be squashed right now its final set in stone. you and McClipse were late as hell on the house anyway. i gave away someone's spot to you ( Kazf +1) so if anything you almost didnt even make and would have nothing to complain about. PLEASE do not let this thread turn into something like whats going around here. please we are a comunity here. screw the damn haters and shit its all ganna work out in the end if we work together. --yea sounds kinda faggy but its true. God, Grant me the serenity to accept the things i cannot change (the rental house ) the courage to change the things i can (find a new house) and the wisdom to know the difference (were supposed to be friends, right?) and of course i will help in any way i can.
