i believe it was russ from mitsuoafl.com . go check out that site sometime. they also have 4g sections there. he runs tearstone.com

We added a Canadian forum... maybe you guys can help us out by giving major region separations as to how the activity could be evenly concentrated, I have no problems breaking up the Canada section to serve you all better.
