I do not find anything to say how to stop it. SOme people are more susceptable and will have more affects than others. Do Not try to take a downer to try to stop it as that could end up bad. Looks like you just have to ride it out unfortunately. Remember to breathe slow and deep so you do not become hypoxic

You can try drinking 12 ounces of water an hour to hopefully get it to run its course quicker. Do not drink too much water as that can lead to water intoxication.

pretty much what happen was some menthol got out of the inhaler and when i inhaled the inhaler some went into my stomach thats what made me feel high ....
