coolant fluid turns to color black

my coolant fluid was green then it turned black, so i empty the reservoir and got a new fluid and it turned black again. i noticed that there was dripping of fluid from the radiator cap. the engine temp is still the same. should i check the hoses?

shortyboy192 will become famous soon enough
Black coolant can be caused by deterating radiator hoses, crud in the cooling system, and oil getting into the coolant. Not only engine oil from a blown head gasket, or an intake manifold leak, but transmission fluid from a leak in the cooler in the radiator. Also mixing different types of antifreeze can cause them to react to each other turning brown to black.

If it's a 2011, take that into the dealer. Warranty should cover the work, as long as you're telling us everything.

A blown head gasket causing oil to leak into the coolant, will make a white cream, not black coolant. I'm with shortyboy though, it can be caused by mixing the different colored antifreeze. You can't put red in green, or orange in blue, it must be the same color or it will do some interesting things.
