If you did not lose them just use 3m double side tape to reattach. I had to ues several layers as I could not find the thicker tape.

Im not really qualified to answer this as i treat my exterior like shit, but i would use rubber glue. Or some kind of epoxy maybe?
Installed: DC Sports CAI, Outlaw Engineering TB Spacer, GT TB, TB Bypass, Tenzo R Lowering Springs, Sickspeed Oil Catch Can, RF Head Unit, RF Speakers, Aem Uego, Gutted exhaust manifold, Redline Tuning hood struts, Magnaflow Catback.
On hand: A ton of stuff that im too lazy/dont have time to install.
Next project: Sneaky sneakys.

Go to autozone they have rubber glue for exterior parts I used it holds like a charm
The amount of money I have dumped into this car would give my accountant a heart attack...
