i Have a code P0157, (Bank 2 Sensor 2). I want to change the O2 sensor myself but i cant figure out which sensor needs to be changed. 2010 GS 2.4L with RRE headers and DC CAI, I checked the MAF and cleaned it already, checked for leaks and everything.. its still there.i just want to know where the O2 sensor location and what sensor should i get from Rockauto.com thank you guys.

P0157 Cylinder 2, 3 heated oxygen sensor (rear) circuit low voltage.
Cylinders 2 & 3, are your two center exhaust manifolds pipes. So if you are looking at your engine from the front of your car, the O2 sensors for Bank 2, are located on the right-side of your exhaust, transmission side. Sensor two, is the lower O2 sensor on the right side.

We can ask how long have your RRE headers been on?? Codes for newly installed headers are very common. This code is telling you there is not enough heat getting to the O2 sensor. It could mean there is carbon build-up inside the spacer area where the O2 sensor is located. No carbon build-up could mean one of two things. If this is a new setup, the tip of the two-spacer setup is not large enough and needs to be drilled a tad larger. If things were operating normal for year/s, and there is no carbon build-up, it could mean a bad sensor. I use Bosch O2 sensors, they cost around $80. Just remember to order the correct O2 sensor!! Bank 2, sensor 2.

If you require and further information, just ask!!

Thanks, i changed the O2 sensor and it worked but i have another code. P0174, im going to change the MAF and clean my DC cold air intake. i dont think P0174 related to P0157 because the ENGINE light (ASC OFF) only shows after a long drive. i also checked for leaks and found none. i hope its just the MAF

Don't be to quick to clean your MAF sensor, or clean your intake. Cleaning the MAF sensor is the last thing I would tell someone to do. If it is cleaned improperly you can kill the sensor, and it only cost $135 to replace.

In-lighten my, what is a ASC Light "OFF" mean?? This is new to me...

Original Code: Fixed
P0157 Cylinder 2, 3 heated oxygen sensor (rear) circuit low voltage P.13A-383

New Code:
P0174 System too lean (cylinder 2, 3) P.13A-425

Let me do some checking, it's late... LOL!!
