a 14 flat stock, not bad at all.
and damn it all...one of the few times i would see a GS do a 1/4mile run and they block the time with their web address lol.

I will say respectfully that I am still skeptical of 14.0 runs on a stock car. Maybe its possible, but rare.
I say this after running a 14.3 with basically full bolt ons. No missed shifts, and a 2.3 60'. 80 degree temps close to sea level. Even if my 60' time was cut to a 1.9 or a 2 flat...........I still have trouble seeing how a stock car should run 3 tenths faster. And before I get the noob shifter treatment, each shift took .3 of a second, from drop throttle to getting back into it. I can see this on the GTech pretty clearly.

Maybe his car is a factory freak, some bored assembly line worker changed the compressions ratios / tweaked engine

Idk either, there is just a real wide variety of times that I've seen from our GT's in various levels of modification. The only logical explanation is that truly it is my driving, combined with a poorly prepped track and high humidity. If I get bored one day I'll throw up a vid of me ripping through the gears and you bums can critique me.

It may not be your shifting but the track your running on can make a huge difference on what times you run. If there is a different track around you I would try it to see what you get... even if you have to drive a little bit.

keep in mind im comming from a tiburon, some peeps would run I/E/H and pulleys and still run a 14.9 |
