Battery and alternator upgrade

Ok I'm running on stock battery and alternator. I have installed a sound system wich is draining my system. No lights r dimming but I want to upgrade to an optima red top battery wich has 720 cca. Do I need to upgrade my alternator as well or will the stock one keep up. It's an 07 gs spyder.

DR3 has a spectacular aura about
I went with a yellow top once my battery was running out on me. If you have any other things like led lights or something else that could drain your battery the yellow top would be a better choice over the red top.
Optima Batteries 8014-045 D34/78 YellowTop Dual Purpose Battery is the exact one that I put in my car

I still have the stock alternator I was considering upgrading it at the time but I don't have $400 to get a HO one. For the time the yellow top will do its job it has extra cells to power leds subs amps and more that you have in the car. So really no need to upgrade it unless you have the money for it
