What AFR Gauge are you running? Wide/Narrow? Which brand gauge?

The more information you can give us...the more help/ideas we can give you.

So you don't have one yet?

...Then what do you need help on? Or are you asking for WHEN you get it?

A good Wide band will come with its own sensor. You will need to drill a hole in your exhaust pipe and weld in a bung to hold the O2 sensor, the bung should come with the gauge. Then you just run your wires and hook everything up... it is actually pretty easy.

...When they get here in the mail? Ok...so you've ordered them...if you haven't...I can't tell at this point what is going on...I'd suggest Glowshift, Autometer or AEM Gauges.

If your running a Wideband AF Gauge, I'd suggest AEM UEGO Wideband...especially if you're going to tune your vehicle with the FIC from AEM.

I can't help unless I know what I'm dealing with...and I'm gettin' frustrated trying to help...

In short, most gauges have a power wire...run power to it....a ground wire...mount that to the frame of the vehicle...and then the "input" wire which you'll need to tap/hook up to wherever it goes.
