Dude...is your car running with that 10psi map in there??? It's WAY out of whack on the MAF line...

Wow...did his car run with that???
I wouldn't put that in a car like that...it's modifying the MAF signal WAY too much...that's gonna cause problems with ignition timing and fueling...You shouldn't even need to be messing with the MAF sensor other than to MAYBE clamp it under boost...

Really cause his car was running good, and I think he had it tuned somewhere

Motor = 4G69
This is a Pass Through MAP only. The only change is the MAF MAP has been set-up as a pass through to get the car running. It is only written so The MAF line sends out the same thing it recieves

In other words, by changing voltages in the MAF table like that it will affect timing and fuel at those locations...which you will then have to go to the fuel map and change it to correct for what the MAF table is doing...same thing for the ignition map. Seems to me in a turbo setup you'd just want to leave the MAF alone, maybe clamp it as necessary, and do all the tuning directly in the fuel and ignition maps...much simpler and it's how the FIC was designed. I would have left the MAF map completely alone and done the tuning in the fuel and ignition tables only...but if it worked it worked...just was alot MORE work!

Yeah, I am running a AEM wideband. I've done a lil road tuning with my friend, and pulled some fuel but that's about it. Loaded the passthru you posted for now. I'm gonna load that turbo map just I can see what the tables look like for I have not seen a map before.

Motor: 4G69
Injector's: Stock Location: Tenn, KY Border Temperature: Spring/Summer condotions a constant 80 to 100 degrees Supporting Mods: RRE Header, Third Cat removal, Magnaflow Catback, Fujita Intake, RRE UDP, GT Throttle Body This is a MAP I have been working on for a while. It has a slight timing advance, very slight not much. The fuel Trims are almost perfect around 12.7-13.2 through out a whole 3rd gear pull. You might have to add or take away fuel depending on your climates temp.

Keep in mind this a mild timing change, and not a big one for off the wall numbers. This is mainly to maximize your mods and get the fuel trims around where they should be. You should notice a difference it might be big it might be little, really depends on where your fuel trims are at now. I think the guys with a GT TB will notice more than anything. That was the mod I had to adjust for the most. To get my MIVEC kick back.

I went to the track a couple weeks ago and wanted to do a few datalog passes. This is the first time I ran my F/IC since I've upgraded it. I've had the bypass on it, because I do not know how to make a map. I plugged it in, and took a run down the track. I was getting a hiccup in the high RPM's. Just wanted to know if anyone else has experienced that.
I'm going to load up the map you just posted, and see how my car reacts to it. I will post up when I do.

I wouldnt say that...as the FIC is controlling the injectors all the time. There shouldn't be a miss or hiccup at all...

Yep, you can switch the whole map if you want!

I had to add a lot of fuel for the throttle body so your most likely going to be really rich from 3500 + rpms.

wierd that your running that lean with the tb.medave stated it made the car run a lil richer, not leaner in the gs to gt tb swap thread.

I have seen some top end power loss, but it was when I switched to a 2.5 catback setup. As for running lean, I have not seen that at all for the 2 yrs I've been running with the GT TB. If my car was running that lean with any mod I would of put it on blast here on the forum and immediately removed it. In fact this is the first I've heard of anyone running so lean.
I loaded your map, and I had a violent hiccup. I forgot my usb cord at home and so I couldn't datalog it, but looking at my wideband it went super lean for a split second and then took off. I will load it again and have a friend with me next time so we can monitor and datalog it. After the hiccup it ran fine and AFR's were good, but it was real bad.

Yeah, rich is normal...if the car is running that lean, most likely there's a MAF sensor issue.

I am sure if you played with the timing numbers a little an pulled them back a little you could find some happy medium in the fueling without touching the fuel map. Dave as far as the hiccup I am not sure I am not experiencing that all. The closest thing I would have to anything like that is a little torque steer when MIVEC hits from the additional torque.

yeah that might explain that lagging feeling and huge fuel consumption problems. i really need to get the fic hooked up to fix that.
