Russ, can you maybe check out a plugin named iSpy? It's on another forum I use and I really think it would be good for this site. It's a real-time feed of all new posts.

i use the facebook to check the new posts,, hows the ispy work??

Facebook only shows you new threads. This plugin shows you every new post on every thread.
