new forum layout?
Hey,
has anyone notice the changes to a few commands on the forum? i used to love the Quick Links > Today's Posts command... now, when i click on QUick Links, it refreshes the page with a new ribbon, including "New Posts"... well, "New Posts" only shows the most recent posts, while "Today' Posts" used to show roughly 3 pages of threads, even if they were already read, or 1-2 days old... i liked that better... say for example MikeW's thread on the EvoScan... he posted late last night, got a few replies right after, and nothing for a few hours... when i hit New Posts this morning, it didnt show until someone replied to it again... is that the way it's supposed to work?? me no like. oh, and smileys dont work no more... |

I have not made any changes to the board in quite a few months. Is this issue happening on just one PC or more PCs? I only use the New Posts feature myself and not seeing what you are seeing.

I just tried it and Today's Posts returned 59 threads, New Posts returned 43

ok, well, i dont know, it started yesterday i think or the day before...
like i said "Quick Links" used to give me a drop-down menu with Today's Posts and 6-7 other options... now it just refreshes the page. so really all i'm saying is that i cant find "Today's Posts" command no more  and the Notifications thing changed too (used to give me a drop-down menu with PM, Visitors Messages, etc...), now it just goes to PM's... |

Quick links still gives me a drop down menu with several options. you might need to delete cookies or something.
