Dislike: Constant Honda bashing, Yes it is fun and I like to make fun of it to but please keep it in Lounge or OT b/c it seems to always come up in every thread and diverges from the topic. Also the noobs that don't read the rules and go reviving old threads and asking ?? that are asked by every new member. "How can I make my 4g FAST"

I like: The friendly more family like attitudes an envirmoment and more inviting

I like how we are all friends at the end of the day. (when I was on .com I would go to bed mad at a few members over there. *cough* hk53 *cough* *cough*)

I would like to see more people active and trying new things. Enough of the "which intake/ exhaust should I get". I want to see more people like Bill, Carl, Lawrence, Tech, and any of the other people that go out on a limb doing stuff to their car. Even if some people might not like what you do, At least your doing something.

I dislike veering off topic in threads. Also, I HATE when people post comments like "oh, I'm interested, but I have to pay my phone bill" or "it looks nice but money's tight right now" when someone is selling something. You don't need to post that you're broke, no one cares. You should only post if you have enough money to buy the item in question.

I like everything else, especially J-rod (who I miss), wolfie, ronron, liquidsilver, Jeepboy, hint, horse, etc ...... the list goes on and on.

I have very few dislikes about the forum. The main dislike is the way we interact. I feel it's lacking something. The technology is almost here maybe voice or video. I live in NY and I can see how the groups from all the other places have this togetherness about them. I wish I had more input of information regarding eclipse's. I'll most likely never mod my car....too many other things in my busy Life of Brian. No different than anyone else I'm sure.

On the other hand my likes. This place is like a home, everyone seems respectfully. I enjoy every moment on line. I could go on about each individual. To sum it up I would love to meet all of you guys.

i like:

1. the friendliness, ive personally met 2 people from the club and enjoyed it. i look forward to meeting others at the meet in a few weeks.

2. people who actually help others without the negativity, or without the "im better than you" tone.

example: if im asking a question, i obviously dont know the answer and im obviously acknowledging you as the more educated one on the topic; dont try to make me feel or look stupid because of it.

I dislike:

1. when people dont use the search button to find the answer they need and post another thread about it.

2. the search function

example: i have searched many times for something specific, but i may be ignorant of the correct term, resulting in more than unhelpful findings. leading me to post a new thread, or revive a dead one that touched on the subject. suggestion, maybe a smarter search function?

Most of the members here, I would love to meet in real life.

I dislike:

People who dont search, this applies not only to noobs, but some veterans as well

People who revive dead threads that should not be revived...ie; new member introductions and topics that have obviously died a horrible death

People who talk about street racing and how we should feel bad for their punk asses after they were caught in obvious violation of the law. Carry your ass to the .com with that shit

People who dont search (did I say that already?)

Post whores - yes I know I was once flawed as you were, but please get a life and stop taking up the bandwidth. Get a woman or make some friends and socialize, it will be good for you.

People who dont follow psy-q's award winning rules list.

the only real dislike I would care to mention is how some people automatically turn a topic into a sexual reference and then proceed to post whore the thread to death with useless shit posts, if I had mod powers I'd have cleaned up a few of my threads.....the search function does suck, so I don't mind the newb posts but the year dead revivals need to stop, can we archive some of the older threads and lock them?

I also hate the rep counter, we all know the people with tons of it, spent 3 months whoring and repping each other.....just a function that could quietly go away

now the hate noone can change......I hate when people respond to the last post, and don't read the entire thread, and are completely out of the loop with what the conversation is really about....these people need to be bitchslapped

my likes, I just love our community of peeps here, I feel that I'm starting to get to know some of you pretty well, and noone has listed me as a hate yet........I'd love to hang out IRL with a whole fistful of you guys

and one thing I'd like to see changed here is the forum style, I'm sick of this black background, and I'd love to see it go away.....I actually got a program for my linux to force change the color, but it slowed the hell out of the site......

I agree with you....i myself am guilty of that offense, I was unemployed at the time, and it was something to do....but your're right.

J/K I love you (No Homo). I love all you guys as most of you guys have stated the togetherness and like kennan said at the end of the day we can have a beer and laugh. When I get off this stupid rock here in hawaii, and to the Mainland I would like to meet all of you guys. This site has helped me a lot, Oh and it was stated above already more innovator's more of the DSM'r a lotta of us have inside. Some of us have a lotta fun giving the people who have doubted the eclipse since 1990 reason to think twice before lining up. And a lotta of that was done with will and a bunch of crap from Home depot and Salvage Yards.

Dislikes Hard to say a lotta of them were already mentioned. Search I use to not like but I have mastered it now. Same stupid questions over and over (cough Turbo cough STS cough SDS cough RIPP vs RRE cough can i switch my 4G69 with a Mclaren Quad Turbo V12 cough)

I really try not to bash GS owners, you guys are the true die hards of Eclipse owners, because only true die hards could put up with the GS and still love the car..........I personally couldn't stand the GS, so you guys are all better men/women than I.........I salute you......yes you have to squint to see it in my back window, but I'm doing it..........
