i thought they had a chatroom at the bottom of the main forum page. i never used it, they should have it to where it opens in a nother window. like the chat windows on the apple.com store page. thatd be sweet

the chatbox would have been cool if it was a static part of the page and showed up realtime on each page we were on.......but since that's a programmers nightmare.........we should open an aim chatroom or ICQ room and just pop in on it whenever to see if anyone's on......I haven't used aim since win95.......

There should be a forum where only logged in members can view threads. One of the other forums I'm on has one.

anyone have a Teamspeak, Ventrillo, or Skype server they're willing to let us all use? that would be the shiznit there......

Ahh, a chat room my bad. Why don't they include a mIRC chat room? I know of sites that use them.

Not password protected, but most sites include a forum where only logged in members can view and guests are not allowed. So, I guess it's password protected, but nothing outside of yours for the site anyhow.

I don't think it really matters who reads the threads, aside from all the pornography these guys post, but they have to register to post, so really that would do nothing for us but keep potential members in the dark.....I won't sign up on a forum unless I've read around for a bit, lurker style.........gotta check out the locals and see how the community is before making the commitment.........

i like the aim chatroom idea. it would either need to be an aim room (but i dont think all users would use it) or be apart of this site that opens in a new window or stays real time on eery page

I did setup a chat room, but I'm not sure if it was just a lack of promotion but noone ever used it.

Yeah but it was at the bottom of the main page and couldn' t be used while viewing threads. If the chatroom opened in a new window (like in the apple store) it would be awesome
